- If in stock, items ordered will be shipped within 7 - 10 days from receipt of order, and special order items may take longer depending on conditions.
- Sunday School curriculum will be shipped in a timely manner, and depending on date of order, shipped within adequate time to be delivered before first date of use.
- Items will be shipped so as to protect them from damage, but in the event that an item is damaged in shippment please contact us as soon as possible via phone or e-mail.
- Prices for shipping:
- All orders under $70 will be charged a minimum shipping charge of $7.00.
- All orders from $70.01 to $499.99 will be assesed a 10% shipping charge.
- All orders from $500.00 and up will be assesed a 5% shipping charge.
- Any mail-in orders paid with check will receive a 5% shipping charge with a minimum of $7.00 shipping charge
- Returns & Replacements
- 1. Items that are authorized to be returned must be returned and postmarked within 30 days from date of purchase, received in new condition, in original packaging, or no credit will be given. 2. Please call or e-mail prior to returning any item(s) to receive authorization or no credit will be given. 3. Specialty and custom items may not be returned unless defective or for repairs, to be made as stipulated by the manufacturer. 4. Returns will be assesed a 15% restocking fee and return shipping will not be credited. 5. In the event that an item(s) is shipped to you in error, and it is determined that the item(s) was shipped in error, return shipping will be credited to you and the correct item will be shipped to you at no additional charge. 6. No item of clothing, after being worn, will be allowed to be returned unless defective(and a replacement made or credit given) or for repairs as authorized by the manufacturer. 7. If an item(s) is received damaged or is lost in shipment please contact us via phone or e-mail. 8. Returns of Sunday School Curriculum: a) All Curriculum returns must be approved before returning any items and must be returned within the first 30 days of each Sunday School quarter. Please call or e-mail. b) Return shipping on curriculum will not be given unless: 1) An item was shipped to you in error 2) An item was shipped to you that was defective 9.
